Product Returns can be requested by filling out your details on the of the Contact Us page of our website.
Requests by you for return of web order goods maybe subject to a handling charge if all of the following criteria are not met:
- The goods are unused and are bought from the WSC website
- The goods are in good order
- The returns must include a completed goods return note which will be supplied be IES
- Any goods to be returned that are outside the 30 days from date of purchase.
If items are being returned because they are faulty a full refund will be issued, if items are returned due to change of mind a partial refund will be given – shipping costs.
Cost of returning goods will be the at the buyers expense unless items are damaged or not as ordered.
